How can I change the shipping address of my order?
If you would like to change your shipping address, please contact customer service as soon as possible.
We are normally able to make changes to the shipping address as long as your order has not yet been picked and packed at our fulfillment center, so please inform us as soon as you can.
What is the delivery time?
You can expect your order to be delivered within 3-5 business days in most cases. During holiday times or periods of slower parcel transit times, we ask for your understanding if there are slightly longer timelines.
